Pension Guidelines For Newly Retired Judicial Service Staff Under C.I. 141
Newly Retired Staff to Note
Staff who retired after 13th November, 2025 and have served for more than 20years and attained the rank of High Court Registrar or analogous grade are to note that their pensions would be computed in line with Regulations 60, 61 and 62 of the C.I. 141.
They qualify for the commuted pensions under the C.I. 141. They are to process their pensions at the Pensions Unit of the Human Resource Directorate of the Judicial Service and not through SSNIT.
Qualified retiree who receive their pensions and gratuities from SSNIT may not be eligible for pensions and gratuities under the C.I. 141.
Qualified retirees and staff retiring from now onwards are to take note and be guided accordingly. Thank you.
