Guidelines for Completion of Nomination Forms , 2026
General Guidelines
- These guidelines are to be read together with relevant provisions of the JUSAG Constitution and the Standing Orders (Bye-Laws).
- Before completing the form, aspirants must read the Constitution and Standing Orders, particularly on qualification for the position intended to be contested, election rules, and related provisions.
- All forms must be completed online. Visit www.jusag.org and click on 2nd Quadrennial Elections.
- Complete the online form by filling out all relevant fields.
- All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- Before submitting online, preview the form to ensure all information provided is accurate and complete.
- After submission, print four (4) copies of the form in colour.
Signing by Nominees and Nominators (After Printing)
After printing four (4) copies of the form:
- The nominee must sign and date Part 8: Declaration by Nominee.
- Each of the two nominators must sign at Part 7: Nominators' Information.
Endorsement — National Forms
All four copies must be endorsed by the Regional Chairperson, Secretary, or any other REB member in the region of the aspirant's current posting.
Endorsement — Regional Forms
All four copies must be endorsed by the Regional Elections Coordinator.
Submission of Completed Forms
The Regional Elections Officer shall submit three (3) endorsed copies to the National Secretariat not later than one day after close of nominations. The remaining copy goes to the aspirant or designated person.
The Regional Elections Officer shall submit two (2) endorsed copies to the National Secretariat not later than one day after close of nominations. One copy is retained at the Regional Secretariat, and one goes to the aspirant or designated person.
