[Order 4 of JUSCOFund Standing Orders for Meetings and Elections]

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Judicial Service Staff Co-operative Fund (JUSCOFund) Ltd will be held on Thursday, 4^th December 2025 at 9:00 am at the Auditorium of the Law Court Complex, Accra.

 The business of the AGM shall include the following:

1. Consideration and adoption of the:
   1. Audited Financial Statement of Accounts for 2023-2024,
   2. Report of the Board of Directors of JUSCOFund,
   3. Report of the Compliance Committee,
   4. Report of the Credit Committee, and
   5. Report of the General Manager.
2. Election of Members of the 
   1. Board of Directors,
   2. Compliance Committee, and 
   3. Credit Committee.
3. Resolutions:
   1. Declaration of dividends,
   2. Review of the minimum capital.
4. Launch of the JUSCOFund USSD
5. Launch of the Judicial City Estates Projects.

BASIC GUIDELINES FOR THE AGM 2025

All members are encouraged to read the 2025 Standing Orders for Meetings and Elections, and the 2023 Bye-Laws of JUSCOFund to be abreast of the operations of the Fund and meetings.

How do I attend?

1. All members of JUSCOFund qualify to attend and participate in the AGM. A member might have purchased/held the minimum share of Ghs 200.00 and made at least one-month contributions. Read Order 7 of the Standing Order and Article 33 of the Bye-Laws for more.
2. Members can participate in-person or virtually (via Zoom). JUSCOFund would provide meals for members who attend in-person. However, members are to provide their own accommodation and transport. 
3. All members are to register to participate in-person or via Zoom. To register to participate, click HERE to complete the registration form. Deadline for Registration to attend the AGM is 30^th November, 2025.

Motions, Comments, Questions 

1. In order to aid planning and in line with Order 9 Rule 4 of the JUSCOFund Standing Orders, Members who intend to move motions, ask questions, or make comments at the meeting are encouraged to submit memos, questions, motions or inquiries in relation to the AGM through email juscofund@gmail.com. Elections

1. Portfolios available for elections are Board of Directors (5 members), Compliance Committee (2 members), and Credit Committee (2members).
2. Members interested in contesting to serve on the Board, Compliance, and Credit Committees are advised to read Part III (From Order 12 to 29, particularly Order 15).
3. Nominations for Board and Committee elections open on 10^th November 2025 and close on 18^th November 2025. Click HERE to download a copy of the Notice of Opening of Elections.
4. To download nomination forms, click to download JUSCOFund Nomination Forms. Follow the instructions on the form and notice to complete and submit your nomination.
5. Vetting of Aspirants will take place on Friday, 21^st November 2025.
6. Balloting is scheduled for Friday, 28^th November 2025.
7.  The election date is on Thursday, 4^th December, 2025.

AGM Resources

1. Details of AGM Resources, including financial reports, general reports, and programme outline, will be sent to members through their registered emails.
